I was amazed when I conducted an audit of my company. I did not like the reports that were coming in, and I especially didn’t like the random interactions I had with some of the lower level employees. I know that a lot of people think that the lower you get in an organization, the less importance that person has. I have never felt that way though, knowing that the lowest person on the totem pole still plays a very important role. After talking with some of them, I knew that I needed to look into a leadership coach program because I was just not pleased with what I was hearing.

There is a storage spot on the roof our building. No one is permitted up there without authorization unless it is someone from the maintenance department. There are just too many things that can go wrong since it is a six story building that we are talking about. Three of the sides have a high wall around the roof, but one side is open. I knew that I would have to get some kind of post and chain barrier to protect anyone who would be going up there.

It is just too easy to accidentally lose focus at times. If you lose focus while sitting at your desk, it is not a huge deal. Continue reading →

I wanted to be stronger, but I had no idea how to do that other than hiring a personal trainer. I actually did some research into that, but I was not pleased with the prices I would have to pay. I know they deserve every penny, but I just did not have that kind of money. I looked online at a few different options that were still open to me, and that is how I found myself reading some Body Beast reviews. I had never heard of the program, but I was excited about it within the first couple of minutes of reading about it.

I really like that this is something I can do from the comfort of my own home, and it is just the one time charge for the program. Continue reading →

I like to golf. I worked on my short game for a long time and improved to at least make par at my favorite course. However, I really have trouble in the traps. I can’t seem to control a hit out of the sand bunkers even if I am in the best possible spot in the trap. There have been several occasions where I wanted to throw my clubs in the pond next to the bunker where I golf. This had me looking for the best sand wedge suited to my style of golfing.

I am not a duffer on the links, but I am certainly not a pro either. I just have real trouble in the sand, so I avoid it as much as possible. It makes me take conservative shots on holes with sand bunkers, and that has a negative result on my final score. Continue reading →

My son Jason is my pride and joy. My wife Elly and I love him very much. He has made me so proud over the years. As his father, I wanted Jason to have the best things in life. Elly and I worked hard for many years to provide his with all his needs and wants. He turned eighteen last week. I promised him that his mother and I would buy him a car after graduation. We purchased an Acura NSX 2015 for him.

Jason has accomplished many things in his life. He was in the gifted program at the age of three. He was always smarter than the other children in school. He was so smart that the teachers sometimes asked him for help. He always made honor roll in school. High school was no different. He was the big man on campus. Continue reading →

I needed to find blue zircon gemstones at an affordable cost due to the request of a customer who wanted several pieces made using that specific type of stone. I work from home crafting jewelry that I then sell through an online store I built on a major internet marketplace. Very quickly I became known as an excellent craftsperson who made very fine pieces that are always sure to catch the eye. Usually I just make specific pieces and put them up for sale and they move well, but recently I got an actual request from a big spender.

They asked if I could make specific pieces, primarily a couple of necklaces, and that I had to use a specific gemstone. Usually I don’t take these types of orders because it involves a lot of work and customers might not be pleased with the final result. People are picky, especially when they spend a lot of money. I was having a time at work one day and spent my lunch and breaks looking online at new apartments. My wife and I needed a change of scenery, and moving out of the urban area at least a little bit would be helpful. Plus, it would save us money, and both of us could then cut back on the overtime. I found a place at Lookout Canyon, and I texted my wife. She had no idea what I was talking about because instead of writing it as Regency at Lookout Canyon, I had put “Regency at Outlook Canyon.” My wife is new to Texas, and was online searching for Outlook instead of Lookout Canyon. The Regency is out on Overlook Parkway.

After a bit of clarification, she found it online and wanted to go see the apartments that evening. Continue reading →

Not that long ago, I was blindsided by another vehicle while I was driving down the road. I suffered some pretty bad injuries in the accident. I am not sure how much my medical bills will be when everything is said and done, but I want to find a Sacramento personal injury attorney to help to make sure that I get the money that I am owed. I am not going to settle for less than a reasonable amount to cover the medical expenses, plus all of the suffering and other problems that this accident has caused me.

When the accident occurred, I was going through a traffic light, which I had a green light for, and the driver that hit me, was also going through said traffic light. The difference is that they had a red light and they were coming from the opposite direction. Or not the opposite direction, but perpendicular to the motion of my vehicle. They t-boned my vehicle and caused it roll a couple of times.

After suffering a crisis in the middle of my life, I was forced to sell my house, and to move back in with my parents for a number of years. I have fixed my financial status, and I have been looking for an opportunity to move out again for some time. I have need to look into baton rouge apartments right now, as I am going to need to find one fairly soon. For the last few years, I have been working as a chef at a local hotel, and now I have parlayed that experience, into getting a job at a hotel that is located in Baton Rouge. Continue reading →

I have been thinking about this for awhile. I have a pretty place, and it is pretty reasonable so far as Jacksonville Florida apartments go. Of course like anyone else I would like to live in a big house by the beach. I used to live close enough to the beach so that I could go down there any time that I felt like it. I even used to go walk on the beach in the rain once in awhile. A lot of the time you go out there and all you see are guys who have been fishing. Of course I like to take photos and there is always things to look at and snap pictures of on the beach. It is just a matter of whether or not I can afford to live down there. I am pretty sure that I will not be able to afford the sort of thing that I would like to have. Obviously the big house on the beach is probably the typical thing for you to dream of down in this part of the country.

Obviously if you were me and you had things exactly the way you wanted there would probably be a pier by the house where you could keep a boat. A guy I used to work for had it set up like that. There was a beach in front of the house and behind it there was a canal where he had his boat tied up. In fact that was on the other side of the state and he had it set up so that he could take his boat to work when the weather was nice. You obviously do not want to do when it is blowing up a big storm, not unless you are way too brave.
